Is Marisol pet-friendly?
Yes, Marisol is a pet-friendly community. Marisol allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Is Marisol a smoke-free community?

Yes. Marisol is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.

When does Marisol begin pre-leasing?
Marisol begins pre-leasing January 5, 2026!
When is Marisol going to accept its first residents?
Marisol anticipates welcoming its first residents in late June 2026!
